Wonderful news!! I wish so much that I could fly to Greece to see you, but it’s not possible. I have friends who lived there and are in the music business and asked them to go for me. What a glorious evening it will be. I send you my love and best wishes for this and for the competition in Russia. God bless you, Elisey, my bringer of joy! Janxxxx
I will have to wait until I see it on YouTube because I live in South Africa..
Elisey, you are my champion of champions..to me you are always the winner…I will always support you..may you play well in Athens and enjoy yourself..much love Maestro 😍
I live in the Caribbean so I can’t be in Greece on june 21. I am 82 years old and a big fan of yours.See you on Youtube and wish you all the best.
You are unbelievable!! I always follow you on Youtube.
I listen to classical music every day. When Elisey Mysin plays the piano, his love of the piece comes through to me. It is very emotional, beautiful and serene. Thank you for sharing.
Would love to be there wishing you much love from Brisbane Australia.
I was a very fortunate part of the audience to hear 3 pieces played with precise emotion by Elisey Mysin. in Athens, Greece. What a blessing! Thank you.
من در ایران زندگی میکنم، هرگز شما را از نزدیک نخواهم دید، همیشه کانال یوتیوب شما را نگاه میکنم و منتظر ویدئو های جدید از شما هستم
Dear Elisey,
I was so fortunate to watch a part of your beautiful performance in Athens, Greece. Many thanks for the grateful release of your World Music Day concert! You honored the Odeon of Herodotus Atticus, and Odeon also honored you. If I may, I would like to recommend you listen to Korean pianists Yunchan Lim and Seongjin Cho’s renditions of Chopin opuses, for comparison. As a winner of Chopin Piano Competition 2015, the articulate perfectionist Cho shows how ardently he practices, while the smaller-handed 2022 Van Cliburn gold medalist Lim gives out more romantic vibes when playing Chopin. Christian Zimmerman, the Chopin expert, can never be left out, either. They are all great! But Cho, a big admirer of Maurice Ravel, reminds me of your unforgettable, impeccable rendition of Ravel Piano Concerto No. 1 in G Major two years ago. It was beyond description, Elisey! Good luck to you with your another mind-blowing performance in Singapore tomorrow. Let me pray for you in church. (For Schumann’s Waldszenen Op. 28, see Marc-Andre Hamelin’s clip at Tomato Classic on YouTube. His delivery of Bolcom’s Graceful Ghost Rag is another masterpiece.) With love, M.K.
